PAYMENTS & DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Decorations Delivery & Installations  We normally install decorations on site, so that the price we give you usually includes delivery costs.  We add for delivery charges, if orders do not reach our minimum $200.00.  We also allow customers to pick up decor-to-go items, e.g. helium bouquets and arrangements, pearl arches, balloon characters, balloon pinata, etc.

Balloon Gifts & Bouquet Delivery   For all balloon gifts and bouquet delivery, we usually charge a flat rate of $15.00 Auckland wide during week days. On weekends delivery charge is normally higher.  We charge higher delivery fees for Outer-Auckland areas (eg. Beachland, Kumeu, etc).  To inquire about the costs, see contact details below.  Once order is placed, we will email you an invoice from Paypal payment site where you can enter details of payment, shipment address and presto, within minutes your payment is processed.  We process all orders upon receipt of payment. 

All balloon gifts and bouquets are placed in a protective wrap- cello wrap or plastic bags and tied with ribbons and a balloon care card.  The care card will inform recipients on how to care for their balloon bouquets so that they last longer.  The balloons we use for bouquet arrangements are of high quality and are inflated to full size and specially treated to last for days.  However, there are factors that affect the balloons and are beyond our control- heat, direct wind or air-conditioning,and kids toying around with the balloons may accidentally cause the balloons to pop or shrink.

Express Shop Deliveries.  Balloons in packages, ribbons and other decorating items we sell can be shipped nationwide.  Please email us to inquire about products and costs of delivery.

Same Day Delivery.  If you wish to place an order and have it delivered the same day, your order and payment must come in before 11 am.  If they are to be delivered in a residence and recipient is available to receive it after 5 pm, then you can place orders up to 1 pm.  We suggest that you place your order on the phone instead of email.

Picking up orders.  We allow our customers to pick up orders from our office at Creative Balloons 50 Meadowvale Rise Titirangi off Kaurilands Road.  First, we suggest that you call us so we can get details and prepare your orders.
